Alt5 ("Alts") is comprised of game enthusiasts working to build something useful for gaming.

So what do we do? We play games and explore virtual worlds, figure out what tools gamers need and build them on Alt5. We are constantly adding new features based on what you tell us is useful.

Alt5 believes in separation of real-life and virtual identities. You can do a ton of real-life stuff on our site (e.g.- send text messages), but you need never know the real-life identity of the toon you‘re communicating with and they need never know yours.

We also think crafting and item trading is underserved, but a huge part of enjoying an online character. We each have a unique way of playing, and our toon should reflect that. So we want to make it easier to trade and find folks with unique crafting skills, coordinate when they‘re online, and make sure they‘re reputable via feedback ratings.
